Responsibilities

• Greet members with an upbeat demeanor and handle rush periods.
• Answer and direct phone calls and manage front desk inquiries.
• Process Point-of-Sale/ProShop transactions accurately.
• Assist members by guiding them to the appropriate forms and departments.
• Provide enhanced attention to VIP members in Recovery Lounge at the Sunset location.
