Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in billing, collections, AR, or call-center customer service.
• High-volume inbound/outbound calls with a professional, empathetic tone.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Data entry accuracy; Excel/Outlook proficiency.
• Ability to stay organized and meet daily collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Collect past-due balances by phone and email and secure payment.
• Resolve billing questions and disputes with internal teams.
• Set up payment arrangements and apply cash to accounts.
• Manage accounts receivable and escalate delinquent balances as needed.
• Keep accurate records in billing and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Service to resolve issues.
