Job summary

PLS Logistics Services is seeking a Manager, Billing & Collections to lead billing, invoicing, AR collections, and customer credit functions. You will drive timely invoicing, cash flow optimization, and risk management while partnering with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Accounting.

You will lead a hands-on team, implement process improvements, and monitor metrics such as DSO and unbilled activity to enhance cash flow and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive experience in billing, collections, accounts receivable, or finance.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Experience within transportation, logistics, or other high-volume transaction environments preferred.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily billing and invoicing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead collections efforts to improve AR performance and reduce delinquent balances.
• Drive process improvements across billing, collections, and credit functions.
• Coach and develop Billing and Collections teams and monitor KPIs.
