Job summary

Miyares Group, LLC, an established CPA firm, seeks a Billing & Customer Relations Specialist who will manage invoices, AR, and client inquiries in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Responsibilities include billing accuracy, collections support, and maintaining client relationships. English and Spanish communication skills are preferred; CPA firm experience is a plus. Competitive salary and PTO available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of billing, accounts receivable, customer service, and client relations experience.
• CPA firm or professional services experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• English and Spanish speaking preferred
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Experience with accounting or practice management software is a plus
• QuickBooks knowledge required; experience with Thomson Reuters Practice CS is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Competitive salary based on experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client invoices accurately and timely
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
• Answer client inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account status
• Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and responsive service
• Coordinate with partners and staff regarding billing matters and client accounts
• Process payments and maintain billing records
• Assist with collections while preserving positive client relationships
• Support administrative and client service initiatives as needed
