Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Billing Associate to manage client billing and payroll processing within a collaborative team. The role involves handling invoicing, payment processing, and analyzing billing data to support client needs.

The position offers training in NYC with potential for remote or hybrid scheduling after onboarding, reflecting the PeopleFirst culture and competitive compensation in the base salary range of $51,000 to $60,000.

Qualifications

• Experience with client/customer service, preferably in a corporate setting
• Attention to detail with a high level of accountability and ownership of work
• Resourcefulness and ability to consult and work with others
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time and deadlines
• A team-oriented, friendly collaborative attitude
• Excel fluency is required with ability to develop pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, graphs, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Preparing and sending out payroll files to clients for processing.
• Handling client invoicing and payment processing.
• Analyzing data pertaining to the billing function.
• Responsible for interacting with clients and carriers and helping with any billing-related inquiries.
• Assisting with the implementation of new clients from a billing standpoint.
