Job summary

RelaDyne LLC, a leading distributor of automotive, industrial, and commercial lubricants, seeks a detail-oriented Billing Clerk in Houston. You will process invoices, create sales orders, maintain records, and ensure billing accuracy on time in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of administrative or billing experience, strong Excel and SAP familiarity, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of administrative, billing, or office experience.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Track and record fuel and other products through SmartLogix and SAP to generate accurate customer invoices.
• Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Create and process sales orders.
• Communicate with drivers and dispatchers to resolve discrepancies and obtain missing information.
• Respond to emails and provide timely support to internal and external customers.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and handle inquiries professionally.
• Generate accurate daily reports in a timely manner.
• Work across multiple software systems and platforms.
• Research and resolve open orders, unbilled liabilities, and paperwork discrepancies.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
