The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring timely payments and accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
• 1-2 years of billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or accounting experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, airline catering, logistics, or distribution environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of billing procedures and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process invoices for airline catering, retail, food service, and commercial customers.
• Verify customer orders, delivery records, production reports, and pricing agreements before billing.
• Ensure accurate billing for food products, transportation charges, and other services.
• Reconcile invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and delivery documentation.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, customer inquiries, and payment issues.
• Maintain up-to-date customer billing records and account information.
