Job summary

Visa is seeking a Product Analyst for Corporate IT Finance Tech in Austin. You will work with product, finance, and tech teams to automate billing processes and deliver strategic tech initiatives across finance and revenue operations.

The role requires translating complex billing needs into user stories, prioritizing backlog, sizing features, and delivering data-driven insights. Collaboration across units and a focus on user experience are essential.

Qualifications

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to summarize large data into key insights.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across levels and multi-task.
Billing and/or Accounts Receivable systems experience (e.g. ORMB, Oracle EBS).
Understanding complex data models and writing complex DB queries (RDBMS, Hadoop, NoSQL).
Experience working with Claude code and prototyping tools like Figma and Replit.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools: SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, MS Teams.
Experience in business analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Project management experience (internships included).
Ability to lead and navigate ambiguity; take on challenges head-on.
Background in payments, financial institutions or consumer lending is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage intake of billing automation projects from IT perspective with stakeholders.
Groom pricing and billing requirements and create detailed user stories.
Understand current billing manual processes to automate.
Prioritize backlog and facilitate release planning.
Ensure high level sizing and estimation for features in a release.
Create mockups and prototypes with cross-functional teams.
Document billing systems and perform reverse engineering.
Be the liaison between business units, engineering and other groups for integration.
Provide data extracts from databases to support operations.
Participate in daily scrums and product demos.
Manage dependencies with upstream/downstream systems in delivery.
Evangelize data-driven insights to ensure the right metrics are moved.
Identify opportunities for analysis, design and delivery using AI tools.
Ensure UX and design thinking in end-user solutions.
