Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years full-time billing experience in a non-skilled home care setting.
• Experience with VA, LTC, Private pay, Medicaid, and Medicare billing.

• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit claims to VA, LTC, private pay, Medicaid and Medicare.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Maintain patient billing records with accuracy.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly financial reports as needed.
• Stay current with billing regulations and industry standards.
• Provide excellent service to payors, patients and staff.
