Qualifications

• Experience with billing in health care settings and data entry is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and email is essential.
• Ability to handle independent decisions and maintain confidentiality in a medical office environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit billing for Medicare A & B, private insurance, and other payers.
• Record cash receipts accurately and deposit funds timely.
• Maintain data entry accuracy and data integrity for patient accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with staff, patients, and vendors.
• Adhere to Life Care's policies and compliance guidelines, including safety and sanitation.
