The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of AR experience, strong Excel skills, and solid communication abilities, with permanent US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with MS Excel and data processing.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and post customer payments.
• Prepare account breakdown reports for clear invoicing.
• Propose and arrange payment plans for delinquent accounts.
• Collaborate with Operations and Management for customer service.
• Resolve billing questions via phone and email.
• Build trust with customers through clear communication.
• Apply credits and reconcile invoices; handle disputes.
