We sell and support our products and services in the acute-care, non-acute, and home medical equipment markets. Our model combines manufacturing and distribution to meet the needs of undiagnosed patients as well as those requiring therapies after diagnosis in the sleep and respiratory sectors.

General Summary

The Billing and Collection Specialist, part of the Finance team, is responsible for accurate and timely invoicing, credit memo processing, and supporting Accounts Receivable collection efforts. This role involves generating invoices and credit memos, assisting in collecting outstanding payments, and occasionally supporting Accounts Payable activities such as processing purchase orders and invoices. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, team-focused, and maintains confidentiality, with a strong understanding of billing software and processes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent computer and software skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
