Job summary

Spectrum, America’s Connectivity Company, offers a paid 11-week internship in Information Technology. You’ll work with two teams on department and intern cohort projects, with 80% project work and 20% professional development, Webinars, and networking. You’ll gain real-world billing experience and mentorship during the May–August program.

Required candidates are rising seniors with a 3.0+ GPA and enrollment in a bachelor’s program, authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Rising senior with expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA in current program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events.

Responsibilities

• Assist customer service team by providing solutions using billing tools.
• Implement guardrails for new billing platform enhancements.
• Handle complex billing related issues.
• Coordinate with peer teams and application vendor teams.
