Job summary

Charter Communications' Spectrum internship offers hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry for IT students. Over 11 weeks, you’ll work in two teams on department projects and an intern cohort, with mentorship and professional development.

You’ll contribute to billing operations, learn from senior leaders, and develop skills in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Office while building a professional network and exploring a future in tech at Spectrum.

Qualifications

• Rising senior with expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the customer service team by providing solutions to customer issues using billing operations tools.
• Implementing guardrails for new enhancements to the billing platform.
• Handling complex billing related issues.
• Coordinating with peer teams and application vendor teams.
