Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a motivated student for a paid 11-week internship in Information Technology. The program runs May 26 through August 6, 2027, in Missouri Heights, US, with mentorship, professional development, and hands-on projects.

You'll support billing systems-related tasks, develop reports, and assist in solutions for 3rd party billing systems, while gaining exposure to the telecommunications industry and building professional connections.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program.
• Must be able to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing reports to identify billing imbalances impacting customers.
• Providing technical support and assist in developing and implementing solutions related to 3rd party billing systems.
• Analyze billings systems for ongoing performance improvements.
• Provide support for mass adjustment, reporting, interfaces, security, environments, outage, and trouble ticketing.
