Job summary

thyssenkrupp Supply Chain Services is seeking a Billing Analyst in Michigan to manage daily billing and accounts receivable, perform audits, data management, reporting and exception handling. The role focuses on accuracy, efficiency and collaboration with production and logistics teams.

Your duties include processing invoices, maintaining master data, and leveraging SAP and MS Office to deliver timely financial information. This on-site position offers standard benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Billing, Finance, and/or Transaction Management field.
• SAP Experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems and make quick, fact-based decisions.
• Ability to quickly gain proficiency in multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Processing production at outside processors.
• Create accruals to capture cost for processors production.
• Inventory reconciliation for plants and warehouses.
• Create master data for production at processors.
• Approve processing and warehousing invoices.
• Recording material receipts and costing of material from the mill.
• Assist in EDI transactions particularly advance shipping notices.
• Billing responsibility for all invoices.
• SAP knowledge.
