Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Billing Analyst to support the company’s billing and invoicing operations. The role requires maintaining accurate billing data, reviewing invoices and documentation, resolving discrepancies, and preparing financial reports for management.

You will work with the Accounting team, warehouse, and other departments to ensure timely invoicing and proper account maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in administration, accounting, billing, or related area.
• Some college preferred; degree in Accounting/Finance or related field is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage billing for various customer accounts across company warehouse operations.
• Verify with warehouse and other departments that orders have been fulfilled before invoicing.
• Review and adjust invoices and statements as needed.
• Review invoices and receiving documents to ensure billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve errors related to customer billing and billing reports.
• Prepare reports and meet established billing deadlines.
• Follow company billing procedures, policies, and compliance requirements.
