Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Invoicing or billing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP, accounting, or billing software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify pricing, quantities, and billing information before issuing invoices.
• Maintain organized invoice and customer account records.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and billing issues.
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account questions.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and accounting teams to ensure accurate billing.
• Process credits, adjustments, and corrections as needed.
• Assist with accounts receivable activities and payment tracking.
• Prepare billing reports and maintain documentation for audits.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding invoicing and recordkeeping.
