Booz Allen is seeking a Billing Analyst, Mid to support the Accounts Receivable team in managing invoicing, reconciliations, and SOX auditing assistance. You will process invoices, monitor unbilled balances, and communicate with internal and external clients.

You will work with Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook in a fast-paced environment, provide guidance to less experienced teammates, and support audit teams with document gathering while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or accounting customer service.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with high-volume, fast-paced billing.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Billing Analyst, Mid

The Opportunity:

As a professional in Business Services, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients. You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight on Business Services performance.

As a member of the Accounts Receivable team, you will perform administrative, processing, and auditing responsibilities, including invoice processing, SOX auditing assistance, project analysis and reconciliation, AR collections assistance, and document retention. You will prepare monthly invoices and monitor, reconcile, and report on unbilled balances. You will provide guidance for less experienced team members. You will provide support to the Collections team. You will support external and internal audit teams with gathering documents. You will communicate and correspond directly with internal and external clients regarding invoicing inquiries. You will prepare check requests for client refunds. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

• Experience with accountsreceivable or in an accounting customer servicerole
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with high volume, fast paced billing
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy
• HS diploma orGED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
