Job Summary

Our laboratory activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, Billing Analyst to join our Data Management team. This position will work collaboratively on tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Responsibilities

• Log and review new versions of Service Agreements
• Reconcile budgets and sales card pricing against Service Agreements and System Requirement Specifications to ensure all testing, sample management (accessioned, stored, shipped), and processing are accurately captured
• Maintain close communication with the Commercial Operations team to ensure all billing is properly recorded
• Respond to internal budget and billing inquiries from various Medpace teams
• Assist other teams in resolving billing issues
• Support manual billing processes and resolve related issues as needed
• Participate in billing programming meetings
• Program sales card items within the laboratory billing portal
• QC and sign off on billing setup reports
• Perform manual billing as necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and accountability for timely task completion
