Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve daily direct bill operation issues for internal teams and agents.
• Analyze recurring customer issues and unusual transactions to improve processes and payment plan design.
• Recommend and implement process and system changes to improve direct bill operations.
• Communicate decisions and system enhancements to agents and internal departments.
