You will work with multiple databases, meet performance measures, and learn our systems through on-the-job training. This Wyoming-based position supports members and departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months or more of work experience in accounting, billing, medical office, or health care.
• Experience with multiple database systems is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate invoices and ensure payments are applied correctly.
• Answer billing questions and resolve discrepancies for members and clients.
• Meet performance measures and ensure timely, accurate billing processes.
• Respond to inquiries from other departments and provide best-in-class customer service.
