Prometric is seeking a Billing Analyst to join our Accounting team. This role focuses on accurate client invoicing and supporting the revenue recognition process in a remote United States setting.

You will review complex contracts, communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensure timely invoicing while maintaining reliable accounts receivable records. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in accounting/finance required.
• Minimum 2 years as Billing Analyst or similar role.
• Experience reading custom client contracts.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• PeopleSoft/Oracle, NetSuite or Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze billing details and issue accurate client invoices.
• Review invoices for billing accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyzebillingdetailsandissueaccurate clientinvoices.
• Ability tocomprehendcomplex contracts, supportingagreements,identify pertinent terms andimplement.
• Review invoices to ensure billing accuracy.
• Communicatewith clients, Client Success Manager,and other departments, resolving issues, and providing clarifications.
• Verify with other departments that services have beendelivered and contract terms met.
• Analyzebilling procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Preparereports and meeting billing deadlines.
• Maintain updated records of accounts receivable.
• Ensureclients' billing accounts are set up correctly and according to their requirements.
• Performs ad-hoc reporting, as required.
• May be required to compile and support internal and external auditors' requests for information and documentation.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION

• Associate’sdegree in accounting/finance- plus
• Accounting certificationor degree - plus

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum2years of experienceas a Billing Analyst or similar role
• Experience with reading custom client contracts
• Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• PeopleSoft/Oracle Experience a plus
• NetSuite Experience a plus
• SaleForce Experience a plus
• Candidates must bestrong independent workers. We need candidates that can jump in and hit the ground running

• Excellent Excel skills, including proficient use of Pivot Tables, Vlookup, embedded formulasand the ability to use these skills to automate current processes.
