Job summary

Burroughs in seeks a Billing Analyst to analyze national accounts, maintain customer data, and generate custom electronic billing formats.

You will handle ad-hoc reports, data extracts, and support billing operations using Microsoft Access and Oracle. The role requires strong data manipulation skills and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in billing/accounts receivable and/or customer service.
• Strong data manipulation skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Access.
• Experience with Oracle or other enterprise financial system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer information and process electronic billing for customer accounts.
• Research and resolve billing issues to ensure high level of customer service.
• Support internal customers with ad-hoc reporting and data extracts.
• Create and maintain Excel databases to provide invoicing information.
• Process all electronic uploads to the billing system including customer account maintenance and rate/contract changes.
• Use technology to automate and streamline department processes.
• Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to all external and internal customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Maintaining customer information and processing electronic billing for customer accounts.
• Workingwithcustomerstoresearchandresolvebillingissuesensuringahighlevelof customerservice
• Supportinternalcustomerswithad‐hocreporting,dataextracts,etc.
• CreationandmaintenanceofMicrosoftExceldatabasestoprovideinvoicinginformationtonationalaccount customers.

Primary Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent,required.
• 6+ years of experiencepreferably in billing, accounts receivable and/or customer service.
• Strong data manipulation skills,required.
