Our client seeks a billing analyst to execute B2B billing operations for retailer partners. The analyst processes credit and debit memos per approved requests, reviews commercial contracts and SOPs to apply correct billing terms and rates, performs peer reviews and reconciliations to ensure invoice accuracy and completeness, responds to billing inquiries, and routes complex disputes to senior team members. The role follows defined controls and checklists to support month-end close and audit requests. The environment includes Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing, Mode BI Reporting, and Oracle Fusion. The industry context is B2B ecommerce and SaaS. The analyst must operate comfortably in a remote setting and collaborate with diverse, global stakeholders, including BPO partners.

Rate: $25.00 to $35.00/hr. w2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
