On-call Requirements: Rotate on call between entire billing team, only a couple weeks out of the year will be required. Ticket volume is low and will be assigning tickets during on call. But very low after hours needs

Job Scope/Summary:

• This will be primarily a connect position and part of the large connect implementation
• Looking for someone that is well rounded and that can jump in to all area’s of PB build
• They will need to be able to build and work across the application and can be pulled into any aspect not claims related
• This person will be asked to help in a lot of aspects of the application as well as be responsible for Build, implementation, testing, support, workgroups etc.

Requirements/Certifications:

• Epic PB Certification
• Charge Router Certified with substantial experience.
• Experience in all types of PB owned workqueues
• Professional Billing Security build experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient and very comfortable with chronicles imports and exports
• Community Connect experience preferred or with multiple implementations.
• Slicer Dicer and reporting a plus but not required.
• Department build experience preferred.
• Provider maintenance experience as related to Professional Billing items preferred.
• Data Courier and Content Management
