Qualifications

• Hands-on primary care coding and RCM expertise.
• Experience with AI-enabled billingfeatures is a plus.
• Understanding of payer rules and denials management.

Responsabilités

• User Zero Testing: validate AI billing features with real coding decisions.
• Grounding: compare with competitor systems to define best-in-class workflows.
• Define correct billing outputs and success criteria for AI results.
• Partner with Design: provide billing context to design process and criteria.
