Job summary

Charter Manufacturing in Cleveland, OH is hiring a Night Shift Billet Conditioner in the Melt Shop. This fast-paced role uses torches, jackhammers, crane and forklift operations.

Starting pay is $24.25/hour with a $2.25 night shift premium ($26.50/hour). 12-hour shifts, 5 nights on, 2 off, with every other weekend off. Excellent benefits, advancement opportunities, and a family-owned, stable company with strong safety values.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. If you do not have it, we will require that you enroll in our GED Works program. Ability to learn quickly and enjoys working with hands Great teamwork skills and demonstrated strong attendance Great attention to detail and ability to follow safety instructions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand full shift; some roles require ability to work in hot environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in production, assembly, warehouse, welding, construction, steel, or other related industries
