Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. GED Works program available if not present.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a full shift.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial production, machining or metals; forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate coil upender, compactor, and payoff equipment.
• Operate hydraulic and pneumatic hand tools.
• Transport, handle, and package coils per MDS requirements.
• Enter production data into computer systems accurately.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Maintain effective communication with production and support teams.
• Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Frequent standing, walking, kneeling; push/pull and lifting up to 20lbs; reach over 15".
• Rotating 5-2-2-5 Schedule.

Job Title: Draw Machine Operator

Location: 1658 Cold Springs Rd. Saukville, WI 53080

Shift: 5pm to 5am (12 hour shift)

Schedule: Rotating 5-2-2-5 (5 nights on, 2 off, 2 on, 5 off)

Pay: $26.50/hr + $2,000 Hiring Bonus

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. If you don’t have it, we’ll support you through our free GED Works program.
• Skills: Quick learners who enjoy working with their hands.
• Team Players: Strong teamwork skills and excellent attendance.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow safety instructions and maintain high standards.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for a full shift.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial production, assembly, machining, set‑up, metals industry. Forklift experience is a plus!

Responsibilities
