Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Jackson, Tennessee, is seeking an Installer for full-time billboard installation and maintenance. The role involves climbing, handling vinyls, and ensuring safety while working on tall structures.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with comprehensive training, PTO, holidays, and benefits. Prior billboard or construction experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• CDL/Non-CDL licenses are a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work at heights up to 200 ft (preferred).
• Experience in billboard installation or construction is a plus.
• Ability to document installations with photos and logs.

Responsibilities

• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls on billboards.
• Build and install extensions on billboards and perform maintenance.
• Use power/manual tools following safety regulations.
• Attend installer and construction safety meetings.
• Maintain operation vehicles and construction tools/equipment.
• Take completion photos for proof of performance.
