Job summary

Lamar Advertising is hiring a on-site Operations crew member in Green Bay, WI to install and maintain billboards. The role involves climbing, working at heights, using power tools, and following safety standards to keep structures and ads in top condition.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• Preferred certifications: CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD.
• Previous experience working at heights up to 200 ft. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain all billboards.
• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls; prepare copy for installation.
• Tighten bolts, paint steel structures, repair trim and sign faces.
• Build/install extensions; cut brush; perform storm damage repairs.
• Perform minor electrical repairs; clean/workshop; document work.
