Job summary

Join Lamar Advertising Company in Memphis, TN as an Installer on the Operations crew, a full-time entry-level role focused on installing and maintaining billboards while prioritizing safety. You’ll work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with training provided and essential tools supplied.

Expected to handle vinyl ads, tighten bolts, perform basic electrical and construction tasks, and document installations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course is required.
• CDL and Non-CDL licenses are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls on billboards.
• Build and install extensions; perform minor repairs and maintenance.
• Operate power/manual tools and follow safety regulations.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain tools and equipment.
• Take completion photos to document installations.
