Job summary

Lamar Advertising Company in Gulfport, MS is seeking an Operations crew member to install and maintain billboards and support outdoor campaigns across Gulfport and surrounding areas. This on-site role includes training and emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on construction work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• Preferred certifications (CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging or LDD) depending on location.
• Experience working at heights up to 200 ft. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain all billboards and structures.
• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls; prepare and install copy on signs.
• Perform minor electrical repairs and general maintenance.
• Document installations with photos and written logs.
• Adhere to safety regulations and participate in safety meetings.
