Job summary

Lamar Advertising Lincoln is seeking an Operations crew member to install and maintain billboards for Lincoln, NE and surrounding areas. You’ll work on a crew, performing installation, maintenance, and cosmetic upkeep, with strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The role is on-site, full-time, with training provided and opportunities for professional development. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health plans, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• Preferred certifications depending on location: CDL/Non-CDL, Crane, Signal, Rigging, or LDD.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain all billboards.
• Remove and hang flexes and vinyls; prepare and install copy.
• Perform repairs: tighten bolts, paint steel structures, replace lights and trim.
• Build extensions, cut brush, conduct storm repairs, minor electrical work.
• Follow safety regulations and participate in safety meetings.
