A Day in the Life:

In the position of Warehouse Supervisor you will supervise and coordinate daily activities of workers engaged in materials movement or handling, receiving, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, and maintaining stockin a storeroom or warehouse

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Assist with design and implementation of work methods and operational procedures for activities, such asverification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventorycurrent.
  • Review shipping or receiving orders and requests for movement of materials and products. Manage inventoryaccuracy through monitoring daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audits to verify results.
  • Develop work schedules and assigns work to subordinates. Supervise staff, manage workload and provide effectiveguidance and direction. May train, evaluate employee performance, and recommend or initiate promotions, transfers,and disciplinary action.
  • Review work processes, recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and qualityof product or service, and suggest changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
  • Provide leadership support by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices
    and safety conscious behavior.
  • Communicate with other shift supervisor and warehouse manager regarding the progress of the shift and anyoutstanding issues.
  • Keeps accurate records, and prepares and submits required paperwork
Who You Are:
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, or related field of study
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse supervisor role
  • Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency with Microsoft Office. SAP experience preferred
  • Preferred Certifications: OSHA Forklift Certification a plus
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: N/A

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$49,500 - $66,000 USD
