Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer, Americas, to develop and produce large-scale marketing collateral, branding materials for multiple brands, including packaging and point-of-sale. You will ensure brand consistency and drive high-quality visual solutions across campaigns.

The role requires 5+ years in print design for consumer brands, strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and solid understanding of production processes. Join a fast-paced team and elevate our brand visuals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related studies.
  • 5+ years of experience in print graphic design for large consumer, lifestyle brands.
  • 3+ years of experience in design software, web design tools.
  • Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of print production processes.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally interface with internal team members and external vendors. Work with art directors and staffmembers from sales and marketing to conceptualize and produce creative solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Manage design projects from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring all stages are completed on schedule.
  • Design and produce innovative, on-brand packaging, print, and point-of-sale solutions for the company family of brands.
  • Manage assigned projects and delegate production work as needed to maintain high level of efficiency.
  • Communicate deadlines and requirements to traffic managers. Expedites the inevitable “rush jobs”.
  • Translate strategic objectives into compelling visual designs that maintain brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • Uphold graphic standards and help to increase efficiency within production team. Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding the quality and output of the entire design team
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of brand assets, such as templates, icons, and style guides, to ensure consistency
  • Stay informed about current industry trends, design techniques, and software to continuously elevate the team’s creative output.

A Day in the Life:

In the position of Senior Graphic Designer, Americas, you will develop and produce of large, highly visible marketing collateral, advertising, and brand promotional materials, including product sales sheets, point of sale, vehicle wraps, and packaging. Deliver consistent quality, accurately reflecting the company image and brand, but also other brands within our portfolio.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's Degree in the field of Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related studies. Equivalent technical trade
    degree or experience in graphic design.
  • 5+ years of experience in print graphic designer for large consumer, lifestylebrands.
  • 3+ years of experience in design software, web design tools
  • Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of print production processes.

Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Pay Range

$90,000 - $120,000 USD
