Job summary

Sunny Glen Children's Home in San Benito, TX, is seeking a Youth Activity Aide to assist the Recreational Coordinator in designing and delivering a well-rounded recreation program for residents.

You will help develop a monthly calendar of activities, supervise daily leisure activities, and support staff to ensure a safe, engaging environment that supports the center's goals. Experience in child-centered programming is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold recreational policies and guidelines for activities.

• Develop programs that support staff performance and resident engagement.

• Respond promptly to concerns from students or staff.
