Job summary

Residing Hope in Enterprise, FL is seeking full-time, hourly staff who can speak English and Spanish. The second shift runs Wednesday to Saturday, 2:00 pm–12:00 am, with a $1.50 per hour night differential.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma or GED and one year of experience with children or youth. Responsibilities include maintaining safety, assisting with transportation, administering medications, and ensuring compliance with program standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children or youth.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish.
• Valid driver license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to provide proof of ORR immunizations per current guidelines.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Caminos Program standards and licensing.
• Maintain staff-to-resident ratio.
• Supervise residents and ensure safety.
• Transport youth to activities.
• Administer and document medications.
• Participate in weekly unit meetings.
• Provide on-call coverage.
