Job summary

Residing Hope in Enterprise, FL seeks a permanent, full-time licensed clinician (LMFT/LMHC/LMSW) with a Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish abilities and experience with children and families in high-risk settings.

You will conduct assessments, provide individual and group counseling, and coordinate with external services in a culturally diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Human Services or related field.
• Active license LMFT/LMHC/LMSW.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience with children, youth, or families in inpatient, residential, or detention settings preferred.
• Experience in ethical, culturally diverse environments with undocumented children/refugees preferred.
• Familiarity with DSM-5, ICD-10; ability to use evidence-based theories for treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, admission, and diagnostic assessments and document results per program standards.
• Provide individual counseling weekly and crisis intervention as needed.
• Facilitate group counseling in residential settings and provide psycho-educational groups.
• Coordinate with external services and community providers as required.
• Maintain case records meeting agency, state, and federal documentation standards.
