Job summary

Residing Hope in Enterprise, FL seeks a full-time exempt case manager to support children and families. The role requires bilingual Spanish-English communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple cases with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities include coordinating admissions, assessments, and service plans; leading weekly case reviews; ensuring regulatory compliance; and liaising with sponsors and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the behavioral sciences, human services, or social services fields.
• Two years of child welfare and/or case management experience preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver's License
• Proof of Immunizations

Responsibilities

• Fluently speaks, reads, and writes in Spanish and English.
• Coordinate admissions, assessments, and service plans within regulatory timeframes.
• Lead weekly case reviews and provide updates in oral and written formats.
• Assess sponsor placement suitability and support documentation completion.
• Monitor progress toward goals and coordinate transfers/releases as needed.
• Maintain compliant case records per federal and state regulations.
