Residing Hope in Enterprise, FL is seeking full-time, hourly positions requiring fluency in English and Spanish. Night shift carries a $1.50 per hour differential. Roles focus on caring for children and families in a supportive program, with emphasis on safety and compassionate engagement.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, has at least 1 year of experience with youth, and can meet immunization/ORR requirements. A valid driver license is required.

Formación

• Must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish proficiently.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children or youth.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required immunizations per ORR guidelines.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety and well-being of children in care.
• Assist with transportation to activities and appointments.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of facilities and equipment.
• Document medications and relevant youth information accurately.
• Provide culturally sensitive meals and support daily routines.
