Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in Manassas, VA seeks a bilingual Yard Associate to help deliver world-class store performance by organizing products for deliveries and maintaining branch organization. The role emphasizes customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced landscape supply environment.

You will unload and reload merchandise, assist customers, and collaborate with leadership to implement new technologies and processes, while upholding safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Safety-minded work ethic required.
• Customer-focused, dependable team player.
• Willing to learn new technologies and processes.
• Green industry knowledge is a plus (landscape, irrigation, etc.).
• Experience operating forklift, skid steer, or front-end loader is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from incoming trucks.
• Load products into outbound vehicles for customers and the company.
• Replenish or move product at the branch as directed.
• Assist customers with product selection and support when needed.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and methods.
