SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a bilingual Yard Associate to help unload and load products, organize inventory, and assist customers in a fast-paced branch environment. The role supports store performance and growth while working with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a willingness to learn about landscape, irrigation, and related products.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Safety-minded, with a strong work ethic.
• Customer-focused and dependable team player.
• Willing to learn new technologies and processes.
• Experience with green industry products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from incoming trucks.
• Load products into outbound vehicles, both customer and company.
• Replenish or move product at the branch as directed.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide additional support when needed.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
