SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a bilingual Yard Associate to help maintain organized inventory and support branch operations. You will unload, sort, and load products for deliveries, assist customers with product selection, and work with leadership to implement new ways of operating.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork, with opportunities to learn about green industry products and technologies while serving a broad customer base in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual proficiency English/Spanish preferred.
• Safety-minded work ethic required.
• Customer-focused and dependable team player.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and methods.
• Green industry familiarity a plus; landscape products knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from incoming trucks.
• Load products into outbound vehicles for deliveries.
• Replenish or move product at the branch as directed.
• Assist customers with product selection and guidance.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
