Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Bilingual Yard Associate to contribute to world-class store performance. You will help organize products for deliveries, assist customers, and support the branch strategy and growth. Prior forklift/loader experience is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

The role emphasizes safety, dependable teamwork, and willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced landscape supply environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Safety-minded work ethic is essential.
• Customer-focused and a dependable team player.
• Willing to learn and adopt new technologies and methods.
• Green industry familiarity with landscape, hardscape, nursery, forestry, or irrigation products is a plus.
• Experience operating equipment such as a forklift, skid steer, or front-end loader is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from incoming trucks.
• Load products into outbound vehicles for customers and the company.
• Replenish or move product at the branch as directed.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide additional support as needed.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
