SiteOne Landscape Supply in Madison, WI is hiring a Bilingual Yard Associate to help maintain a fast-paced branch and support deliveries, inventories, and customer service.

Responsibilities include unloading and loading products, restocking, assisting customers with selections, and collaborating with leadership to implement new technologies and process improvements at the location.

Prior forklift experience and a safety-minded, team-oriented attitude are valued traits for the role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Safety-minded with a customer-focused mindset.
• Willing to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Experience with forklift, skid steer, or front-end loader is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from incoming trucks.
• Load products into outbound vehicles, both customer and company.
• Replenish or move product at the branch as directed.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide additional support when needed.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
