SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a bilingual Yard Associate to help manage product organization and support deliveries to job sites. The role includes unloading from trucks, loading outbound shipments, and assisting customers with product selection on a fast-paced retail yard.

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with a safety-minded work ethic, and a willingness to learn new technologies and workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Safety-minded work ethic required.
• Customer-focused and dependable team player.
• Willing to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Green industry experience is a plus, including landscape or irrigation products.
• Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload products from incoming trucks.
• Load products into outbound vehicles for customers and the company.
• Replenish or move products at the branch.
• Assist customers with product selection and support as needed.
• Partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
