Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Bilingual Yard Associate in Knoxville, TN to help manage branch operations and serve customers. You will unload deliveries, prepare products for dispatch, and keep the yard organized while assisting customers with product choices.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish), safety-minded, team-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies and equipment. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred.
• Safety-minded work ethic is required.
• Customer-focused and an enthusiastic, dependable team player.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Experience with green industry products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from incoming trucks.
• Load products into outbound vehicles, both customer and company.
• Replenish or move product at the branch as directed.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide additional support when needed.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working.
• Other duties as assigned.
