SiteOne Landscape Supply in Eatonton, GA is seeking a Bilingual Yard Associate to help maintain organized stock, assist customers, and support branch operations. You will unload incoming product, load outbound shipments, and help implement new technologies to improve store performance.

The role requires a safety-minded, customer-focused team player who can lift up to 50 pounds and is willing to learn. Prior green industry exposure and forklift/loader experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.
• Safety-minded work ethic is required.
• Customer-focused and a dependable team player.
• Willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Green industry experience or familiarity with landscape, hardscape, nursery, forestry, or irrigation products is a plus.
• Experience operating equipment such as a forklift, skid steer, or front-end loader is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from incoming trucks.
• Load products into outbound vehicles for customers and the company.
• Replenish or move product at the branch as directed.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide support.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
