Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is hiring a Bilingual Yard Associate in Houston, TX. You will help organize products for deliveries to job sites, unload incoming goods, and load outbound items while providing excellent customer service.

You will work with branch leadership to implement new technologies and methods to improve performance. A safety-minded, team-oriented attitude with bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred.
• Safety-minded work ethic is required.
• Customer-focused and dependable team player.
• Willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Green industry familiarity a plus; forklift/front-end loader experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from incoming trucks.
• Load products into outbound vehicles for customers and the company.
• Replenish or move product at the branch as directed.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide support as needed.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
